Dr. Moshe Van Dyke is licensed to practice before both the U.S. and Israel patent offices. He has represented a full spectrum of businesses, from multinational, Fortune 500 corporations to start-up companies to individual inventors. Originally trained as a physicist, Dr. Van Dyke holds degrees and certificates from Princeton, M.I.T. and the Technion in engineering physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and engineering biology, as well a degree in business administration from Haifa University. Dr. Van Dyke was also a post-doctoral fellow at the Weizmann Institute. In addition, he has completed extensive graduate coursework in computer science and has written more than a quarter of a million lines of computer code during his previous career as a software engineer. Dr. Van Dyke has prepared and prosecuted patents for electronics, medical devices, software, telecommunications, image processing systems, mechanical devices, semiconductor technologies, chemical compounds, medical diagnostic systems, and optics. Dr. Van Dyke has extensive experience prosecuting patent applications directly in the USPTO, and in various foreign patent offices, including the European Patent Office and the patent offices of China, Japan, Korea and India, via foreign associates.
